Terms of Service
Last updated August 4, 2026
These are the terms for using ForeverFamily. We've kept them short and written them to be read. By creating an account you agree to them.
What ForeverFamily is
ForeverFamily is a private, invitation-only space where a family keeps its photos, stories, documents, and family tree. It is not a social network: nothing you add is public, promoted, or shown outside your family space unless you explicitly share it.
Your account
You need to be at least 13 to have an account, and you're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe. Give us accurate account information and let us know at hello@foreverfamily.app if you think your account has been compromised.
Your content stays yours
You keep all rights to everything you upload. We claim no ownership over your photos, stories, or records. You give us only the narrow permission we need to run the service: to store your content, back it up, and display it to the members of your family space. We don't use your content for advertising, we don't train AI models on it, and we don't sell it — to anyone, ever.
You can export everything at any time, and if you delete content or your account, that permission ends and we delete the content from our systems.
What you agree not to do
Upload only what you have the right to share — your own photos and records, or ones your family is happy to have there. Don't use ForeverFamily to store or share anything illegal or abusive, don't try to break into other families' spaces, and don't resell or scrape the service. We can suspend accounts that do these things; for anything short of serious abuse we'll contact you first.
Your family space
Each family space has admins who decide who is invited and what roles members have. Content added to a family space is visible to its members — so what you add, your family can see. If you leave a family space, content you contributed remains part of the family's archive unless you delete it first.
The service
We work hard to keep ForeverFamily fast, safe, and always available, but we provide it "as is" — we can't promise it will never have outages or bugs. Keep your own copies of anything irreplaceable; the export exists so you always can. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you've paid us for the service in the past twelve months.
Ending things
You can stop using ForeverFamily and delete your account whenever you like. If we ever discontinue the service, we'll give you plenty of notice and time to export everything first.
Changes to these terms
If we make meaningful changes, we'll email account holders before they take effect and update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use ForeverFamily after that means you accept the new terms.
